Everyone follows the same program, Fat Loss 101.
The only difference is in how your weekly coaching sessions occur. . .private or sm
Fat Loss 101 is exactly the same, regardless of which coaching option you choose. The difference comes down to number of sessions and how you meet.
1-on-1 coaching comes with 18 private coaching sessions over a 6-month period. We suggest using 12 coaching sessions the first half of the program and then transitioning to 2 coaching sessions a month for the second half of the program. However, you can choose to use them however you like during the 6-month period.
Semi-private hybrid coaching has access to 1 coaching call a week in a small group setting (max of 4 people) at set times each week. Simply RSVP for the session you'll attend each week.
The semi-private hybrid program is very similar to 5-Day Bio Boot Camp - we meet together on Zoom with 1-4 people. Instead of learning, however, it's coaching together. 🙂
Each week you'll update your Client Hub, RSVP for the session you'll attend, and send in your weekly coaching question forms (directions are in the course).
Our coaching session are 1-hour. You'll have up to 15-minutes of direct coaching time with Sarah. Please note - it's group coaching so we'll be sharing your spreadsheet and talking in front of others on their own journey as well. It's learning from, and with, each other.
We understand life happens. That's exactly why you have access to the program for a full 6-months from the date of purchase. It's only 12-weeks worth of learning, so regardless of what life throws your way unexpectedly, you'll have time to complete the program. In the event of a major catastrophe, please contact us directly at info@414fitness.com and we can discuss directly on a case-by-case basis.
This is a good time to mention, I go on vacation and occasionally have sick kiddos or family situations that arise. I always try to notify you well in advance, but there will be days we don't meet or weeks I'm off on my family vacation. That's another reason we give a full 6-months to complete the program.
This program is NOT for you if you're pressed for time and don't know when you'll fit it all in. There is a lot of learning you do outside of coaching each week (usually 60 minutes or so), plus tracking your measurements, bio-numbers and forms. It takes time to track and learn.
If you want to jump in a little slower and start learning, I would suggest starting with #NoSuchThingAsHealthy or simply implementing what you learned in 5 Day Bio-Boot Camp until you have more free time to devote to the program.
It's super simple. More instructions are given inside the course, but the short of it is this. . .you pull (or cut) 10 strands of hair from the nape of your neck, put them in a bag, fill out a form, and send it all into the lab via the post office. It's that simple. You sit back and wait for your results to arrive in about 2 weeks via email.
