Here is what we uncovered with Cheryl's unique metabolism:

#1.  FOOD & DIGESTION:  Testing showed she had poor bile flow, low stomach acid and an inability to properly utilize carbs.  Through supplementation and dietary changes she optimized her digestion, making food work for her body, not against it.  Once she started to breakdown her food and actually get nutrition from what she was eating, her body began to turn a corner and the inches started falling off - it was almost too easy after everything she had tried to lose weight.
#2.  ELECTROLYTE STATUS & CIRCADIAN RHYTHM:  Bio-Individual testing revealed a low electrolyte status (not enough "stuff" in her bloodstream)and an issue with cell permeability.  Through fitness protocols, lifestyle adjustment and supplementation we were able to create balance in these areas.  Sleep improved, energy improved and yep - her belly started shrinking and her body started toning.

Step 1.  Enroll in Fat Loss 101 online by clicking the button on this page and making your payment.  

Step 2.  You're receive an invitation to join Sarah via email.  Be sure to create your username and password.  Once completed, you'll be ready to start your homework.

Step 3.  Complete your required intake paperwork (located in the software):

-New Client Intake:  Give yourself about 45-minutes because I ask a ton of questions.  The more I know, the more I can help put together the pieces.

-Join the Coalition:  It's a $20/year membership to our nutrition country-club.  I'm not a doctor so I need permission to view your biological testing data and you need to give me permission to share with you the education behind what your numbers mean.

-Order your at-home "Testing Kit":

Blood Pressure Cuff
Glucometer (to test blood sugar) + (optional) Ketone Monitor
pH Strips (single-block)
10-Parameter Urine Strips
Digital Bathroom Scale (must measure body fat, visceral fat, pounds of muscle)

-Begin the Quick Start Section:  Once you've created your account, it's time to get rockin' & rollin'.  The quick start section will walk you through sending in your hair sample for food sensitivity testing (this is covered in the cost of enrollment), taking and submitting all of your at-home tests and scheduling your initial plan delivery with Sarah.

-After Your Initial Plan Delivery:  It's time to start your weekly learning modules.  Each week you'll watch a learning lesson and be given action tasks for the week.  Once you've watched your weekly learning lesson, it's time to implement what you learned.  You'll spend the rest of the week implementing an action task (or 2) and, if your plan includes weekly coaching session, you'll be sure to get your session booked for the week.

What Will I Learn Every Week?

Each week is designed to build a small habit into your life that will result in big changes to your waistline, sleep, energy and more.  You'll ditch the all - or - nothing mentality and instead work towards balance, starting with optimizing digestion, while we're together.

Let's walk through your personal experience, week - by - week.

Quick Start:  Immediately upon enrollment, you'll have access to the Q.S. portion of your program. During this time you'll order your testing supplies, join the Coalition for Health Education ($20/year membership), complete new client paperwork and submit your initial testing results.

Week 3:  Understanding You & Your Sensitivities So That You Can Say Goodbye To Inflammation Weight:  There is no such thing as healthy food, only what's healthy for you.  This week we dive into your personal food sensitivity results and pull out foods that are causing massive inflammation in your body (a.k.a. inflammatory weight).

Week 7:  Rev Up Your Fat Burn With The Keto 21-Day Mini-Challenge So That Your Waist Will Continue To Shrink .  It's time for your third style of eating. Keto. This week we will purposely push your body into the Fat-Burner imbalance in order to watch your waist shrink before your eyes.  Don't worry, it can be complicated, so I've got a meal plan for you if needed.  

Intake Session:  Once you've submitted your initial testing and paperwork, it typically takes 48-72 hours (Monday - Friday) to prepare your personalized plan.  Once your plan is complete, you'll receive an invitation to meet with your 4:14 Fitness Health Coach and officially begin your journey.

Week 4:  How To Burn Fat 24/7 So That Food Will Work For Your Body, Not Against It:
Week 1 you were introduced to your first style of eating.  This week we dive into a second style and see what happens with your body.  No dieting yet - simply learning how to pair food together to turn your body into a fat-burning machine.

Week 8:  Keto Mini-Challenge Week 2.    If you qualify, we'll spend this week trying a little intermittent fasting to see how your body responds.  You'll learn why some bodies respond amazing to fasting and others tank with no food for long periods.  This week we'll cover fitness and keto, because it matters!

Week 1:    How To Ditch Your Belly For Good So That Weight Is Never An Issue Again.  Everything starts with digestion.  Which is exactly why we aren't starting any type of diet yet.  Let's work this week on changing a few lifestyle habits that will help you ditch stubborn belly fat and keep your waist where it should be - while we work to optimize digestion, of course.

Week 5:  How To Reintroduce Your Reds So That You Can Enjoy The Foods That Once Caused You Major Inflammation. Now that you've worked for a solid month of digestion, it's time to have a little fun again.  This week you'll learn how to re-introduce the foods that caused you major inflammation, and see if they 

Week 9:  Wrapping Up The Keto Mini-Challenge So That You Know How & When Keto Fits Into Your Life.  With the last portion of the challenge coming to an end, how do you know if you want to continue keto or if your body likes a different style of eating?  We'll talk about all of that and more as we deep dive into measurements, food and progress.

Week 2:  How To Get Your Fat Flowin' & Goin' So That You Don't Wind Up In This Mess Again.  If your testing revealed an issue with bile flow and the ability to emulsify fats, we need to work on the lifestyle factors that will contribute to keeping your bile flowing and going.  If your testing doesn't reveal issues with bile flow, this week is full of simple lifestyle suggestions to keep your bile in great shape.  As a side, if you struggle to lose the lower body fat - this week is going to be crucial for you!

Week 6:  Supplements:  When It's Time To Say Goodbye So That Your Life Isn't Always About Supplements.  You've made a ton of progress, and likely used a little supplementation to fill in the gaps where needed with your imbalances.  The goal of the program isn't to take supplements for the rest of your life.  Now it's time for you to learn how to create your own data sheet.  I'll walk you through how to use your bio-snapshot numbers to adjust your supplements.

Week 10:  What Now?  You Need To Know Where To Go From Here So That Weight Is Never An Issue Again.  We've been through a lot together, however your journey has just begun.  This week you'll learn how to complete an advanced data sheet and we'll talk about where to go from here.  If you're ready to tackle the world of fitness and food on your own, I'll leave you with a toolbox full of resources.  If you still need accountability and support during your journey, we'll talk about all the ways you can work with 4:14 Fitness as an alumni member.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does my weekly structure look like?

If you're participating in the Self Study Course, you plan your weeks.

If you're participating in the group or private coaching, each week you'll be required to submit 3 forms on Monday by 8 pm.  You'll submit a Bio-Individual Measurement Form (pH, blood pressure, etc.), a Body Measurement Form (so we can make sure your program is working for you), and an Accountability Form.  On Sunday (or Monday) of each week you'll watch a weekly video which has all of your learning content for the week.  

If you're coaching 1-on-1 you'll then schedule your weekly coaching session with a 4:14 Fitness Coach.  If you're a part of the group program, you'll submit any questions you have on your weekly group question form and plan to spend time in the coaching session or watching the replay each week. 

What if I start with the Self Study Course and realize I need more help from a coach?

Not to worry.  If you need a single coaching session, there is an option to purchase a coaching session on it's own once you join the program.  

If you decide you would prefer weekly coaching, simply email or message us in the app and we'll be happy to credit the amount you have already paid for the self-study course towards the cost of private coaching.  Please note:   We do our best to take personal clients the moment you are ready, however, due to limited personal appointments during busy seasons, there might be a wait of up to 15 days to begin your private coaching experience. 

Are my testing supplies covered in the cost of the program?

No. The cost of your personal testing supplies is in addition to the cost of the program.

Will insurance cover the cost of the program or testing supplies?

No.  Insurance will not cover any of the cost.  If you have an FSA or an HSA card, you might be eligible to purchase some of the testing supplies using your card (blood pressure cuff, glucometer, etc.) but will have to verify with your insurance to be certain.

Where do I order my testing supplies from?

You may have some of the materials laying around at home.  If so, no need to purchase them.  If you need to purchase testing supplies, you can find most everything at local health food stores or online (Amazon carries everything you need).

How do I test for food sensitivities?

4:14 Fitness uses a 3rd party affiliate lab to test food sensitivities.  It's all done through hair sample analysis.  No blood required.  Simply snip a few strands of hair at home, fill out your forms, and mail them to the lab.  Results are emailed directly to you.  You'll receive specific instructions once you've completed enrollment.

Why do I have to join the Coalition for Health Education?

No one associated with 4:14 Fitness is a licensed doctor.  As such, we require all clients to join the Coalition for Health Education so that we have written permission to view your biological data (pH of saliva, urine, etc.) and share the educational information with you on what your data might reveal in regards to imbalances within your body.  This $20/year membership is an added liability coverage for 4:14 Fitness and required for all clients.  CLICK HERE to view the Coalition site.

How much does it cost to join the Coalition?

The Coalition for Health Education is a $20/year membership that can be canceled at anytime.  This cost is not covered by the program and is an additional fee.
